  1. Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler.
  2. Meanwhile add the dark creme de cacao to the sugar and stir well until combined.
  3. Mix the melted chocolate into the sugar alcohol mix and stir.
  4. Spread evenly half way into pan and place in refrigerator to set.
  5. Meanwhile melt white chocolate and repeat the process with peppermint schnapps. Layer onto bottom layer once set, and top with crushed candy cane.
  6. Refrigerate until solid before cutting into squares.
