SPIKED STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE SUNDAE
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Strawberry Vodka
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Cake Vodka
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Strawberry Liqueur
2 Cups Strawberry Ice Cream
Strawberry Slices
Shortbread Biscuits
Strawberry Jam
Whipped Cream
Strawberry Syrup
PREPARATION
1. In a blender combine the strawberry ice cream, strawberry vodka and cake vodka. Blend well to a soft consistency.
2. Soak strawberry slices in strawberry liqueur for about an hour.
3. Muddle shortbread biscuits until crumbly.
4. Heat some strawberry jam until warm.
5. In glass layer ice cream mix, strawberries, biscuits and jam.
6. Garnish with whipped cream, whole shortbread biscuit, shortbread crumbles and strawberry syrup. Serve with spoon.
