3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Citrus Vodka
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Simple Syrup
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
Champagne
Garnish: Sugar Rim
PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of champagne flute in lemon juice and sugar. Set aside.
2. In an ice filled shaking glass combine citrus vodka, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into flute and top with champagne.
