Strawberry Martini

STRAWBERRY MARTINI
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Dry Vermouth
Splash Simple Syrup
Garnish: Strawberries/Sugar

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of martini glass in sugar and set aside.
2. Place strawberries in base of mixing glass and add a splash of simple syrup. Muddle well.
3. Add ice to glass and pour over vodka and dry vermouth. Shake well.
4. Strain mix into sugar rimmed glass and garnish with a strawberry.
