Strawberry Mayon Mojito

STRAWBERRY MAYON MOJITO
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
2 Lime Wedges
6 Mint Leaves
1 oz. (30ml) Simple Syrup
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 oz. (15ml) Grenadine
Garnish: Mint Sprig, Strawberry

PREPARATION
1. Drop lime wedges, mint leaves, and simple syrup into the base of a glass and muddle.
2. Add crushed ice and pour in vodka.
3. Combine frozen strawberries, simple syrup, grenadine, and a splash of vodka in a blender and pulse until smooth.
4. Pour the blended mix over the crushed ice and garnish with a strawberry and a mint sprig.
