Strawberry Pineapple Mojito

STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE MOJITO
2 oz. (60ml) White Rum
2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
Splash Club Soda
Lime Wedges
Mint Leaves
Strawberries
Garnish: Strawberry/Mint Sprig
PREPARATION
1. Add lime wedges and strawberries to base of glass and drizzle with simple syrup. Muddle well. Add mint leaves and muddle once more, lightly.
2. Add ice to glass and pour over rum and pineapple juice. Stir gently.
3. Top with club soda and garnish with a strawberry and a mint sprig.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
