In a mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and a splash of irish cream

Whip well using a whisk

In a blender, combine vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur, 99 bananas, and amaretto

Add ice and blend well

Drizzle chocolate syrup in the base of the serving glass and pour mix in
