  1. Add mint leaves and lime wedges to base of glass and drizzle with simple syrup. Muddle well.
  2. Add ice, white rum and blue curaçao and shake well to mix.
  3. Add nerds and fish candy to base of serving glass and fill with ice.
  4. Strain mojito mix into glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
