Directions

  1. Rim edge of serving glass with salt and lime zest. Set aside.
  2. Drop pineapple chunks into base of glass and add lime juice. Muddle well.
  3. Add ice, tequila, triple sec and pineapple juice and shake thoroughly.
  4. Add crushed ice to serving glass and strain mix over. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
