Aperol
0.5 oz
Ancho chile liqueur
0.25 oz
Mango puree
1 oz
Lime juice

Preparation

Place some serrano pepper slices in the base of a mixing glass and lightly muddle

Drop in some mint leaves

Add tequila, aperol, ancho chile liqueur, mango puree, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice

Shake well

Fine strain the mix into a rocks glass over ice

Garnish with a mint sprig and a serrano pepper slice

THAT ONE DRINK YOU MADE THAT ONE TIME
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Reposado Tequila
1/2 oz. (15ml) Aperol
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Ancho Chile Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Mango Puree
3/4 oz. (22ml) Lime Juice
3/4 oz. (22ml) Simple Syrup

PREPARATION
