THE BLUE MANGO
Yellow Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Mango Rum
1/2 oz. 915ml) Light Rum
2 oz. (60ml) Mango Daiquiri Mix
Blue Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Island Punch Pucker
1 oz. (30ml) Blue Curaçao
Garnish: Mango Slices, Mint Sprig
PREPARATION
1. In a blender with ice, combine mango rum, light rum, and mango daiquiri mix. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
2. In a separate blender with ice, combine Island punch pucker, and blue curaçao. Blend thoroughly.
3. Pour the yellow and blue mix into a tall serving glass, alternating the layers to your preference.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
