The Caribbean Storm

This Caribbean Storm drink is another tropical rum cocktail that definitely won't disappoint. This super-tasty pineapple rum mixed drink recipe calls for mango rum, banana rum, Everclear, blue curacao, and a bunch of other delicious ingredients, and is perfect as a summertime beach drink or poolside sipper.

THE CARIBBEAN STORM
Pink Layer:
1/2 oz. (15ml) Pineapple Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Mango Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Banana Rum
2 oz. (60ml) Calypso Triple Melon Lemonade

Purple Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Blue Curaçao
1/2 oz. (15ml) Everclear
2 oz. (60ml) Lemon Lime Soda

PREPARATION
1. In a shaking glass with ice, combine pineapple rum, mango rum, banana rum, and pink lemonade. Shake well.
2. Strain mix into glass over ice.
3. In a separate shaking glass, combine blue curaçao, everclear, and lemon lime soda. Stir well.
4. Layer the blue mix over the pink mix and garnish with strawberry and orange slices.
