THE DOWNFALL OF FRÄULEIN BIRNBAUM
2 oz. (60ml) Cognac
2 oz. (60ml) Pear Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Apricot Liqueur
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Flaming Absinthe Mist
Garnish: Brandied Pear
PREPARATION
1. Combine cognac, pear liqueur, apricot liqueur, lemon juice, and orange bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
2. Place a brandied pear into your serving glass and strain the mix over.
3. Finish with a flaming Absinthe spray and serve.
