Preparation

Slice a cucumber and muddle in a shaking glass or tin

Add mint leaves, Verbena leaves, rum, lemon juice, lemon verbena syrup, greens juice and a dash of salt

Add ice and shake well

Strain mix into a serving glass

Garnish with a mint sprig wrapped with cucumber and lemon ribbons and an edible flower

Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon, Lemon Ribbon, Mint Sprig, Edible Flower (Make sure the flower is edible and not picked, as it may contain pesticides)
PREPARATION
