THE JUNGLE BOOK
1 oz. (30ml) Banana Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
2 oz. (60ml) Melon Liqueur
RIm: Green Sugar
PREPARATION
1. Rim the edge of your glass using green sugar. Set aside.
2. In a blender with ice, combine banana rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
3. Spoon mix into rimmed glass and pour melon liqueur around.
4. Garnish with a cherry.
