THE MALIBU MISTRESS
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Melon Liqueur
2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Cherry
PREPARATION
1. In a shaking glass with ice, combine coconut rum, melon liqueur, and pineapple juice. Shake well.
2. Strain mix into another glass over ice and top with whipped cream and a cherry.
