THE MATCHA MAN SOUR
2 oz. (60ml) Sake
1 oz. (30ml) Lemon Juice
¾ oz. (22ml) Matcha Syrup
¼ oz. (7ml) Peach Liqueur
1 Egg White
Garnish: Grated Lemon Zest, Matcha Powder
1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously to create froth.
2. Add ice and shake once more.
3. Strain mix into a rocks glass over ice and grate lemon zest over.
4. Sprinkle matcha powder on top.
