The Pineapple Cake Swirl

THE PINEAPPLE CAKE SWIRL
Yellow Layer:
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Cake Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Pineapple Juice
2 Tbsp Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
Ice

Red Layer:
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Cherry Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Grenadine
1/2 Cup Frozen Sweet Dark Cherries
Ice

PREPARATION
1. In a blender with ice, combine cake vodka, yellow cake mix, pineapple chunks, and pineapple juice. Blend thoroughly.
2. In a separate blender with ice, combine frozen sweet dark cherries, cherry vodka, and grenadine. Blend thoroughly.
3. Pour blended mixtures into a large bowl, alternating colors. Garnish with a cherry, pineapple slice, and umbrella. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
