The Punani is one of those tropical rum drink recipes that just about everybody will fall in love with. This beautiful Peach Schnapps cocktail recipe combines light rum, Peach Schnapps, pink lemonade, and blue raspberry vodka, and is rimmed and garnished with blue sugar and a strawberry for some extra layered fruity cocktail deliciousness.
THE PUNANI
1 oz. (30ml) Light Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Peach Schnapps
3 oz. (90ml) Pink Lemonade
2 oz. (60ml) Blue Raspberry Vodka
Rim: Blue Sugar
Garnish: Strawberry
PREPARATION
1. Rim the edge of your glass using blue sugar. Set aside.
2. In a shaking glass with ice, combine light rum, peach schnapps, and pink lemonade. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into rimmed glass over ice, leaving a little room.
4. Top with blue raspberry vodka and garnish with a strawberry.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
