THE RED WEDDING
1 oz. (30ml) Scotch
½ oz. (15ml) Beet Juice
¾ oz. (22ml) Lemon Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
1 oz. (30ml) Angostura Bitters
1 Egg White
Garnish: Black Salt
PREPARATION
1. Combine scotch, beet juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, angostura bitters, and egg white in a shaker and shake vigorously with ice to create froth.
2. Remove ice and shake again.
3. Pour mix into a glass and garnish with a pinch of black salt.
