1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Chardonnay
Top with Champagne
1. Place a handful of grapes and mint leaves into the base of a shaker and add simple syrup. Muddle.
2. Add ice and pour in vanilla vodka, lemon juice, and chardonnay. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into a champagne flute and top with champagne.
4. Drop in some grapes and a mint leaf for garnish.
