THE SUMMER ESSENCE
1 1/3 oz. (40ml) Gin
2/3 oz. (20ml) Passoa
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
8 Mint Leaves
1. Muddle strawberries thoroughly before adding mint leaves and lime wedges and muddling once more.
2. Add ice and pour over gin, Passoa and simple syrup. Shake well.
3. Pour mix into hurricane glass over ice and garnish with mint sprig and strawberry.
