THE SUN WAY
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Vodka
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Triple Sec
1/2oz. (15ml) Cucumber Simple Syrup
Splash of Sweet & Sour
Watermelon Chunks
Garnish: Lemon Umbrella
PREPARATION
1. Cut chunks out of a watermelon and place in a blender.
2. Add vodka, triple sec, sweet and sour, and cucumber simple syrup. Blend thoroughly.
3. Strain mix into a shaking glass with ice and add cucumber simple syrup. Shake well.
4. Strain mix into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon peel umbrella.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
