Wine Glass


Pour hot water into mixing glasses and serving glass
Set aside
Combine rum, Grand Marnier, syrup, and bitters
Pour out water from mixing glasses
Pour mix + overproof rum in one mixing glass
Pour 1 oz hot water in the other
Use torch to light mix, pour into hot water
Slowly roll glasses to mix
Dump water from serving glass
Pour mix into serving glass
Express orange peel and drop in
Add cinnamon stick for garnish

THE WINTER BLAZER 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Aged Dark Rum 1/2 oz. (15ml) Grand Marnier 1 oz. (30ml) Hot Water Dash overproof rum 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 2 dashes Orange Bitters 2 tsp Hazelnut/Pecan Syrup Garnish: Cinnamon Stick/Orange Zest PREPARATION 1. Pour hot water into two heat resistant mixing glasses and your serving glass to warm. Set aside. 2. Combine aged rum, Grand Marnier, hazelnut pecan syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass. 3. Pour out the water from the two mixing glasses and pour the mix + a dash overproof rum into one and 1 oz. of fresh hot water into the other. 4. Use a torch to carefully light the bottom of the glass holding the mix and slowly pour it into the one holding the hot water. Slowly roll between the two to mix. 5.
