THE ZOMBIE SHOT
1 oz. (30ml) Gold Rum
1 oz. (30ml) White Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Apricot Brandy
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Passion Fruit Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Jamaican Rum
Splash Bacardi 151
Splash Grenadine
PREPARATION
1. In a shaker with ice, combine gold rum, white rum, apricot brandy, pineapple juice, and passion fruit juice, Shake well.
2. Strain mix into a shot glass about halfway and top with dark rum or jamaican rum.
3. Top with a splash of Bacardi 151 or overproof rum and drizzle a splash of Grenadine.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
