TIME FOR TEA
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Cognac
2 oz. (60ml) Champagne
1 1/4 oz. (37.5ml) Earl Grey Syrup
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
Garnish: Tea Leaves
1. Add cognac, tea syrup, lemon and egg white to a shaking glass and shake vigorously.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Strain mix into coupe and top with champagne. Garnish with tea leaves.
