TOASTED COCONUT WHITE RUSSIAN
1 oz. (30ml) Vodka
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Coffee Liqueur
2 oz. (60ml) Coconut Milk
Garnish: Toasted Coconut
PREPARATION
