4 oz. (120ml) Gin
4 oz. (120ml) Cointreau
4 oz. (120ml) Dolin Blanc Vermouth
1 Blooming Tea Flower
1. Place a blooming tea flower in the base of a glass and add hot water. Set aside.
2. In a mixing glass or beaker, pour in gin, vermouth, Cointreau, tea water from flower, and ice. Stir thoroughly and strain into the serving glass.
3. Place the tea flower into the glass and spray Geranium Bitters.
