TROPICAL FREEZE
1 oz. (30ml) 99 Bananas
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Rum Cream
4 oz. (120ml) Pineapple Juice
Ice
Rim: Coconut Flakes
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge, Cherry

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of hurricane glass with coconut shavings. Set aside.
2. Combine ice, 99 bananas, coconut rum, rum cream and pineapple juice in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
3. Pour mix into glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and umbrella. Top with a cherry.
