TURTLE CAKE TINI
1 oz. (30ml) Irish Cream
1 oz. (30ml) Chocolate Liqueur
2 oz. (60ml) Cake Vodka
2 oz. (60ml) Milk
Garnish: Whipped Cream/Caramel Sauce/Chocolate Sauce/Toasted Pecans
PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of martini glass with caramel sauce and crushed pecans. Set aside.
2. To an ice filled glass add irish cream, chocolate liqueur, cake vodka and milk. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
