VALENTINES FRENCH 75
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Gin
3 oz. (90ml) Champagne
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
Garnish: Raspberry/Lemon Peel
1. Drop raspberries in base of glass and add lemon juice and simple syrup. Muddle well.
2. Add ice and gin to glass and shake until combined and chilled.
3. Strain mix into base of champagne flute and top with champagne.
4. Drop in a raspberry and float lemon peel on top.
