VALENTINES JELLO SHOT CHOCOLATES
4 oz. (120ml) Vodka
8 oz. (240ml) Hot Water
3 oz Strawberry Jello
Chocolate
Heart Shaped Mold
PREPARATION
1. Melt chocolate in a small dish before coating inside of heart shaped mold. Refrigerate until set and repeat if necessary to get an even, thick layer.
2. Add strawberry jello to hot water and allow to cool. Next pour in vodka and stir.
3. Pour jello shot mix into chocolate shells and refrigerate until solid.
4. Once set, coat with more chocolate to seal. Refrigerate once more. Drizzle with contrasting chocolate.
