WHISKEY SOUR WITH MARMALADE
2 oz. (60ml) Bourbon
1 oz. (30ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
1⁄2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
1 tsp. Orange Marmalade
1 Egg White
Garnish: Lemon Twist.

PREPARATION
1. Shake all ingredients in a mixing tin without ice (dry shake).
2. Strain mix into a coupe glass.
3. Garnish with lemon twist.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
