  1. Create pineapple juice ice cubes. Add to blender once frozen and add cream of coconut.
  2. Pour over pineapple vodka, rum cream and white chocolate liqueur. Add ice. Combine until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass and garnish with pineapple leaves.
