WILD TURKEY BALL BROWNIES
1/2 Cup Wild Turkey Bourbon
10 oz. Nilla Wafers crushed into crumbs
1 Cup Ground Pecans
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
6 oz. Chocolate Chips
3 Tbsp Light Corn Syrup
1. Muddle Nilla wafer cookies to create fine crumbs.
2. Pour Nilla crumbs into a mixing bowl and add ground pecans and powdered sugar. Stir to combine.
3. Add melted chocolate chips and corn syrup to whiskey and stir well until chocolate dissolves. Pour into the bowl.
4. Stir all ingredients well and place in the refrigerator for 30 mins to set.
5. Once stiff, grab and roll into small balls. Roll over powdered sugar to coat them.
