WINTER SOLSTICE
1 oz. (30ml) Amaro
1 oz. (30ml Bourbon
1 oz. (30ml) Sweet Vermouth
dash Black Walnut Bitters
Garnish: Lemon Peel
PREPARATION
1. Combine Amaro, bourbon, sweet vermouth, and walnut bitters in a mixing glass with ice and stir.
2. Strain mix into a martini glass and express a flaming lemon peel.
3. Rim the glass with the lemon peel and drop in for garnish.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
