Yin Yang Martini

YIN YANG MARTINI
1 oz. (30ml) Cake Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) White Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. (15ml) White Chocolate Liqueur
3 oz. (90ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
Yin and Yang Template
Garnish: Brown/White Chocolate Wafer, Brown/White Chocolate Shavings

PREPARATION
1. Cut out a yin Yang template on a piece of paper. Set aside.
2. In a shaking glass with ice, combine cake vodka, white creme de cacao, white chocolate liqueur, and heavy whipping cream. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into a martini glass and place the yin yang template on top.
4. Use a grater to get chocolate shavings out of brown and white chocolate.
5. Using the template place chocolate shavings of each color onto martini.
6. Float on a white and brown chocolate wafer on the side of the opposite color.
