YOU YUZU CALL ME ON MY CELLPHONE
2 oz. (60ml) Gin
¾ oz. (22ml) Lemon Juice
¾ oz. (22ml) Yuzu Honey
3 dashes Yuzu Bitters
Garnish: Green Tea dusted Ginger Candy
PREPARATION
1. Combine gin, lemon juice, yuzu honey, and yuzu bitters in a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a glass and garnish with ginger candy dusted with green tea.
