Zombie Scooby Snack

Folks looking for some spooky, zombie Halloween drinks need to check out this Zombie Scooby Snack cocktail. This amazing Halloween rum drink is not only tasty, it also works perfectly for monster-themed Halloween parties.

ZOMBIE SCOOBY SNACK
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Melon Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Banana Schnapps
1 1/2 (45ml) Pineapple Juice
Splash Milk
1/2 oz. (15ml) Grenadine
Rim: Corn Syrup, Red Food Coloring
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Grenadine

PREPARATION
1. Use corn syrup and red food coloring to rim the edge of your serving glass.
2. In a shaking glass, combine coconut rum, melon liqueur, banana liqueur and pineapple juice. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into rimmed glass over ice.
4. Add a splash of milk and top with whipped cream and grenadine.
