RAMOS GIN FIZZ
2 oz. (60ml) Gin
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Orange Flower Water
1 oz. (30ml) Heavy Cream
1 Egg White
2 oz. (60ml) Soda Water
Garnish: Orange Twist
1. Shake vigorously all the ingredients except the soda water without ice (dry shake). Add ice and shake again.
2. Strain mix into a chilled collins glass.
3. Add soda water and garnish with a lemon twist.
