Mango Raspberry Delight

A beautifully layered tropical cocktail like this Mango Raspberry Delight doesn't come along often, but when it does, you know you're in for a good time. To make this awesome tropical rum mixed drink, combine passion fruit rum, raspberry purée, raspberries, mango rum, Triple Sec, mango purée, and mango slices, and you're good to go!

MANGO RASPBERRY DELIGHT
Red Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Passion Fruit Rum
2 oz. (60ml) Raspberry Puree
Raspberries

Yellow Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Mango Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Triple Sec
2 oz. (60ml) Mango Puree
Mango Slices

Garnish: Raspberries, Mango Slice, Lime Wheel

PREPARATION
1. In a blender with ice, combine passion fruit rum, raspberry puree, and raspberries. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
2. Pour mix into serving glass, filling it about halfway.
3. Drop some raspberries over the red layer.
4. In a separate blender, combine mango rum, triple sec, mango puree, and mango slices. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
5. Pour yellow mix over the red mix and garnish with a mango slice, raspberries, and a lime wheel.
