Raspberry Delight

Raspberry cocktail recipes do not get more delicious than this Raspberry Delight. This incredible raspberry rum mixed drink calls for Triple Sec, lemon juice, orange juice, and raspberry purée, and is garnished with raspberries for even more fruity rum cocktail tanginess.

RASPBERRY DELIGHT
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Light Rum
Splash Triple Sec
Splash Lemon Juice
Splash Orange Juice
Splash Raspberry Puree
6 Raspberries
Garnish: Lemon Wheel/Raspberries

PREPARATION
1. Drop raspberries into base of glass and muddle. Add ice.
2. Pour over rum, triple sec, lemon juice, orange juice and raspberry puree. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into glass and garnish with floating lemon wheel and raspberries.
