VALENTINE'S DAY JELLO HEARTS
White Layer:
1 cup boiling water
1 packet unflavored Gelatin
6 oz. (180ml) Condensed Milk
4 oz (120ml) Coconut Rum

Red Layer:
1 cup boiling water
3 oz. Strawberry Jello
4 oz. (120ml) Strawberry Vodka

PREPARATION
1. To cup of boiling water, add unflavored gelatin and condensed milk. Stir well and let cool. Add rum.
2. Spray non stick spray to a pan and pour in mix. Place in refrigerator to harden.
3. Cut base off of maraschino cherries and place on hardened white layer.
4. To cup of boiling water, add strawberry Jello. Mix and allow to cool before adding strawberry vodka.
5. Pour red layer on top of white layer. Place in refrigerator to harden.
6. Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to create Jello hearts.
